How do I receive my files?
For instant-download products, Etsy makes your files available after payment is confirmed. You can find them by signing into Etsy and navigating to Purchases and selecting Download Files for your order.
If you checked out as a guest, Etsy sends the download link to the email address used for your purchase.
Why can't I download my purchase through the Etsy app?
Etsy currently doesn't support digital-file downloads through its app. Sign into Etsy using a web browser on your computer, phone, or tablet and access your purchase from there.
